On Tuesday, Royal Dutch Shell said that it would proceed with major maintenance work for a unit at its Pernis oil refinery in the Netherlands.
The company did not specify the unit but the process would start in mid-October and finish in end-November.
The 404,000 bpd Pernis oil refinery is Europe’s biggest.
