On Thursday, some sources familiar with plant operations said that the three US refineries of BP Plc. are operating within 80-85% of their individual nameplate processing capacities due to limited storage.
The refineries are the 430,000 bpd in Whiting, Indiana, the 242,000 bpd Cherry Point, Washington, and the 155,000 bpd in Toledo, Ohio.
Previously, the sources said that the refineries were running at 85% of their capacities.
