AlwaysFree: South Korea’s Kumho Petrochemical Reports 313.5% Jump Q3 Net Profit

South Korea’s Kumho Petrochemical Co. on Friday reported in a regulatory filing that its net profit jumped 313.5% year-on-year to KRW604.6 billion ($513 million) in the third quarter of 2021. The company’s operating profit stood at KRW625.3 billion ($531 million) for the quarter, surging from KRWbillion in the same period in 2020.  Meanwhile, quarterly sales soared 88.2% to KRW2.23 trillion ($1.89 billion).
