On Tuesday, Turkish Finance Minister Berat Albayrak said that the country’s biggest discovery of natural gas in the Black Sea could still enable cooperation with Russia and Iran even when Turkey aims to shift to be a producer and not just a buyer.
The cooperation might shift into a new shape, as Turkey has been cooperating with both Russia and Iran for years.
