According to the US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), the US Gulf of Mexico’s crude oil output still showed a noticeable percentage of it shut on Monday, five days after Hurricane Zeta made landfall.
As of midday Monday, roughly 28% of crude oil output, or 518,441 bpd, was shut. About 16% or 431.48 mmcfd of natural gas production was also offline.
