AlwaysFree: US Gulf Oil Production Kept Shut by Hurricane Sally

On Wednesday, the US Gulf of Mexico’s offshore crude oil production saw a 27.5% drop or 508,366 bpd cut due to the Hurricane Sally’s slow progress.

According to the US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), offshore natural gas output from the region was cut by 30% or 805 mmcfd on the same day.
