The operator of Vietnam’s Dung Quat oil refinery said that it would cut output due to the weak domestic fuel demand on account of the coronavirus pandemic.
Since February, Vietnam’s domestic refined fuel demand has fallen by 30-40%, according to Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical.
