- As of April 21, SSESSMENTS.COM’s data showed that local PP Homo Raffia offers from a Chinese trader maintained stable compared to offers available on Monday, April 20. Previously on Monday, April 20, the trader adjusted down PP Homo Raffia offers between CNY400-500/ton ($56-71/ton) as compared to last Friday’s level.
- In the futures market, on April 21, SSESSMENTS.COM noted that September 2020 PP contract in the Dalian Community Exchange opened at CNY6,722/ton ($950/ton), dropped by CNY76/ton ($11/ton) compared to Monday’s settlement. On the supply side, the inventory level of the leading Chinese polyolefins producers recorded at 960,000 tons, a reduction of 20,000 tons from Monday’s level.
