- A Vietnamese trader informed SSESSMENTS.COM that PP Homo Raffia prices in the local market have increased by VND500,000/ton ($21/ton) from last week’s level. At the moment, local PP Homo Raffia cargoes are being offered between VND21,500,000-22,500,000/ton ($913-956/ton) on cash, FD Vietnam basis, and including 10% VAT.
- Whereas in Indonesia, a woven bag manufacturer shared with SSESSMENTS.COM that offers for local and localized PP Homo Raffia of Southeast Asia origin dipped by IDR300,000/ton ($20/ton) as compared to last week. In the import market, Middle Eastern PP Homo Raffia cargoes remain stable at $820/ton on LC at sight, CIF Indonesia main port basis. Demand from the converter’s end reported stable as most of the orders are for harvest preparation.
