Market sources informed to SSESSMENTS.COM that Formosa Plastics USA, a part of Formosa Petrochemical, decided to postpone maintenance work at the company’s PVC plant to May. For now, the start-up date for the 513,000 tons/year PVC plant located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, could not be ascertained yet.
