Philippines’ JG Summit Petrochemical has shut its naphtha cracker unit, a producer source informed SSESSMENTS.COM. As reported, the cracker has been shut since Tuesday, March 31 due to some minor technical issues. According to the source, the cracker with a capacity of 320,000 tons/year of ethylene and 190,000 tons/year of propylene is expected to restart soon.
