The offers moved up by $100/ton compared to two months ago with shipment directly from the Middle East. Deals for these cargoes concluded at the same level to the initial offers at $810/ton as the producer was unwilling to give room for negotiation. Likewise, SSESSMENTS.COM’s pricing database showed that deals for US LLDPE Film C4 to Indonesia concluded at the same level to the initial offers at $800/ton with shipment directly from the US. As for Qatari cargoes, a manufacturer in Indonesia purchased a small volume of Qatari LLDPE Film C4 at $850/ton for July to early August shipment.
As to Vietnam market, a trader and distributor purchased Saudi LLDPE Film C4 achieved at $20/ton lower than the initial offer level between $860-870/ton, as stated to SSESSMENTS.COM. All transactions on LC at sight, CIF/CFR Main Port basis.
