A Taiwanese trader revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM the correction on import PS offers to Vietnam. As informed, on a weekly comparison, import GPPS Injection and ABS Injection offers remain stable. Meanwhile, the trader decided to decrease HIPS Injection offers by $20/ton from last week. The reduction was made considering last week’s offers were deemed too high and unworkable. However, after the reduction, the response remains lukewarm and some buyers placed bids at lower levels but then rejected by the trader. Particularly for ABS Injection, the trader is willing to sell between $20-30/ton lower than the current offer level or similar to last week’s done deals at $1,380/ton on LC at sight, CIF Vietnam Main Port basis.
