A Thai PE producer contacted by SSESSMENTS.COM disclosed the July shipment offers to the China market. As compared to last week, the latest offers for HDPE Film, LLDPE Film C4, and mLLDPE C6 surfaced with an increment of $10/ton. On the supply front, the producer has no allocation for LDPE Film at the moment. Demand-wise, the source stated that as of recent, China PE market is slightly quiet. However, the demand for mLLDPE C6 and HDPE Pipe is better as compared to the other PE grades. The producer opined that the ongoing demand for mLLDPE C6 is supported by the attractive offer level while the good sales for HDPE Pipe are supported by the healthy demand from the construction sector.
