As of Thursday, March 26, a Thai PE producer has started offering LDPE Film cargoes to China market again. As reported by the producer’s source to SSESSMENTS.COM, the offers for LDPE Film to China are currently available at $885/ton on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis. To date, the producer is still waiting for customers’ responses. Previously, the producer is unable to offer LDPE Film cargoes due to supply limitation.
Regarding the sales for producer’s other PE grades to China market, sales for LLDPE Film C4 are quite good and some deals successfully closed at the same level to the initial offer. Contrastingly, there are no deals concluded for HDPE Film so far, SSESSMENTS.COM was told.
