According to Thai Customs Department, the total exports of PE have dropped by around 235.7k tons in April compared to the previous month, at around 488,694 tons.
The top 5 export destinations of PE Thailand in April were China (233,304 tons), Vietnam (57,864 tons), Indonesia (42,362 tons), Japan (41,272 tons), Australia (22,564 tons). The decrease in export volume of PE to China in April was the highest compared to other destinations, at about 41,272 tons compared to March.
For HDPE, the total export quantity has decreased by around 582.6k tons in April compared to the previous month, at around 204,886 tons. The top 5 export destinations of HDPE from Thailand in April were China (68,754 tons), Vietnam (30,516 tons), Japan (22,912 tons), Australia (17,374 tons), Indonesia (13,692 tons).
For LDPE, the total export quantity has increased by around 21.7k tons in April compared to the previous month, at around 47,906 tons. The top 5 export destinations of LDPE from Thailand in April were China (11,002 tons), Vietnam (9,722 tons), Indonesia (6,632 tons), Japan (3,164 tons), India (2,648 tons).
Similarly with HDPE, the total export quantity for LLDPE has dropped by around 68.6k tons in April compared to the previous month, at around 235,902 tons. The top 5 export destinations of LLDPE from Thailand were China (153,548 tons), Indonesia (22,038 tons), Vietnam (17,626 tons), Japan (15,196 tons), Malaysia (3,076 tons).
