According to the United States Census Bureau, the total exports of PE have increased by around 11,982 tons in June compared to the previous month, at around 949,995 tons.
The top 5 export destinations of PE from the U.S. in June were China (205,012 tons), Mexico (93,961 tons), Canada (72,416), Malaysia (59,307) and Belgium (58,857 tons). The increase in export volume of PE to China in June was the highest compared to other origins, at about 43,961 tons higher compared to May.
For HDPE, the total export quantity has risen by 44,325 tons in June compared to the previous month, at 382,002 tons. The top 5 export destinations of HDPE from the U.S. in June were China (123,426 tons), Mexico (49,399 tons), Canada (33,228 tons), Belgium (16,005 tons), and Brazil (10,355 tons).
Similarly for LDPE, the total export quantity has increased by 3,351 tons in June compared to the previous month, at 100,934 tons. The top 5 export destinations of LDPE from the U.S. in June were Canada (17,208 tons), China (13,715 tons), Mexico (11,344 tons), Columbia (5,315 tons), and Brazil (5,164 tons).
For LLDPE, the total export quantity has reduced by 37,426 tons in June compared to the previous month, at 460,297 tons. The top 5 export destinations of LLDPE from the U.S. were China (66,879 tons), Malaysia (50,135 tons), Belgium (41,688 tons), Singapore (39,199 tons), and Mexico (32,294 tons).
