A source from Thai Plastic and Chemicals, a subsidiary of SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd informed SSESSMENTS.COM that there is no issue at its PVC plant at present, however, the company is planning to conduct maintenance shutdown at the plant. According to the source, the PVC plant with a production capacity of 530,000 tons/year will be under maintenance for one week in July, but the exact date has yet to be determined.
